Love to Take Action Now Because Someone is Watching

It is magnificent to love to take action now because someone is watching you, you are a role model. There are many people who live lives they consider themselves ordinary and nothing special. However, there are other people watching them take action, move forward and reach incredible goals. Someone is watching you, so, be a good role model, take action now and be an encouragement to someone around you. Here is a secret sometimes neither you nor the people watching you realize you are a role model.

Most successful people have gone through a period of life where they have achieved a small success after a tremendous amount of work and have had one of the following reactions:

• Congratulations, all that hard work has paid off for you
• Wow, after all that work, this little thing is all you have to show

What many people do not realize is that they are a role model to both groups of people.

Often people who are happy for your successes view you as a role model. If not a role model for themselves, as a role model for others. People who are genuinely happy when you do well share tales of your successes with family and friends. These are people who smile when your name is mentioned and come to you for advice and opinion. It is very easy to recognize you are a role model for these people and to mold your behavior into something that is worthy of their admiration.What is harder to see and believe is the fact people who belittle your accomplishments and do not celebrate your successes also see you as a role model, because sometimes they just don't realize it. Often expressions of displeasure, unfair negative reaction and lack of enthusiasm mask jealousy and desire to copy. There are some people who are so displeased and so dissatisfied with their own lives, they find it impossible to compliment or be happy for the successes of others. At the same time however, these people are in desperate need of guidance and advice. But since they are miserable, they find it impossible to find someone to give them advice and assistance and no one offers it to them.Now you realize there are always people watching you, how does it impact your decision on whether or not to take action now? Does knowing  you are a role model for others make you more or less likely to take action now? How do you think it would affect your life if each time you started or were supposed to start a major project you had a group of people watching you, waiting to learn from you, depending on you to model the correct behavior? Would you continue to do things just as you have always done them? Or would you things a little more carefully, plan things out a little better and make sure that you did things as they should be done?
